The first mediation summit in the DRC

A mediator is not a vigilante. Its job is not to impose a solution on the parties. Its mission is to help them move towards an arrangement. Typically, the parties maintain a relationship of mistrust. They don't need a third protagonist in the conflict. The mediator remains a neutral actor who helps to improve their relationship and guides them towards a mutually acceptable agreement. We offer you the keys to a mediation practice based on impartiality.

As a business associate, shareholder, or partner in a joint project, you may find yourself in a dispute. Faced with such a dispute, we all have only one reflex, to go to court. This is indeed the most used way to solve our problems. However, there emerges only one winner and one loser out of court. There are other, more peaceful ways to decide between you. The basis of mediation lies in the ability of the mediator to keep the process confidential.
